Counter Narcotics And Global Threats Operations And Logistics (CN&GT / O&L)

This acquisition is one of four multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA ID/IQ) vehicles supporting Counter Narcotics (CN) efforts worldwide and administered by either the Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command Contracting and Acquisition Management Office (ACC-RSA USASMDC/ARSTRAT CAMO, or CAMO) or the Air Force (AF) Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC) Counter Narcotics and Global Threats Division (CN&GT). The scope of these MA ID/IQ contracts is unique to each ID/IQ requirement; however, there may be some areas of unavoidable overlap based on the nature of underlying Task Order (T/O) requirements.

Contract Scope: This program supports the Department of Defense (DoD), Combatant Commands (COCOM/CCMD; also referred to as Geographical COCOMs (GCC)), other Federal agencies, State and local authorities, and partner nation agencies.

Support for this program is in four separate areas with their own program value:

  • Program and Programmatic Support
  • Command, Control, Communication, Information, Detection and Monitoring Support
  • Operations and Logistics Support – transferred to AMIC
  • Training Support – transferred to AMIC

Performance locations under the program are required both within the Continental United States (CONUS), to include Alaska and Hawaii, and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), with the vast majority of working occurring OCONUS.
The operations and logistics portion supports all organizations supporting or supported by Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) (CN & GT), and those conducting CN and/or Counter Terrorism (CT) work or other work with a CN/CT nexus.
