FALLS CHURCH, Va. (March 4, 2008) – TheU.S. Navy has awarded DynCorp International (NYSE:DCP) a contractto provide support services for the Joint Special Operations TaskForce in the Republic of the Philippines. Thiscost-plus-award-fee contract is valued at $16,337,846 for aseven-month base period and contains four 12-month options, whichif exercised will bring the estimated award value to more than $164million.
The work to be performed includes all labor, supervision,management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities,transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessaryto provide support services. Work will commence with a threemonth phase-in period beginning on March 7, 2008. Thiscontract was competitively awarded by the U.S. Naval FacilitiesEngineering Command, Pacific. Contingency Response ServicesLLC was the incumbent under the previous contract, with DynCorpInternational as the managing partner.
