FALLS CHURCH, Va. (June 2, 2008) – The U.S. AirForce has awarded DynCorp International (NYSE:DCP) a contract tomanage U.S. Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM) assetspre-positioned in strategic sites in the Persian Gulf. Underthe contract DynCorp International will manage military resourcesand materials, including expeditionary airfield resources, fuelsupport equipment, aerospace ground equipment, munitions, medicalequipment, vehicles, rations and associated spares and otherconsumables. DynCorp International will have responsibility forreceipt, inventory, accountability, maintenance, repair, periodicinspection, security, shipping and other aspects of supporting andmanaging these resources.

The contract, which contains firm-fixed-price andcost-plus-award-fee elements, has a base year award of $47.8million and a total potential value of $418.5 million if all optionyears are exercised. DynCorp International was the incumbent, andhas been managing the U.S. Air Force WRM program since 2000.
