DynCorp International Names Curtis L. Schehr GeneralCounsel

FALLS CHURCH, Va. (Nov. 1, 2006) – DyncorpInternational LLC has appointed Curtis L. Schehr as Senior VicePresident and General Counsel.

Mr. Schehr was Senior Vice President, General Counsel andSecretary of Anteon International Corporation from 1996 to July2006, where he was part of the corporate leadership team thatspearheaded the company’s vigorous growth, including an initialpublic offering in early 2002. From 1991-1996, he was AssociateGeneral Counsel of Vitro Corporation of Rockville, Md. Prior tothat, Mr. Schehr was Corporate Legal Counsel at Information Systemsand Networks Corporation of Rockville, Md., and served in severallegal and contracts positions at Westinghouse ElectricCorporation’s defense group in Baltimore.

Mr. Schehr holds a J.D. degree, with honors, from the GeorgeWashington University Law School and a B.A. degree from LehighUniversity, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He was chosenOutstanding Chief Legal Officer of the Year in 2005 by theWashington Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Association.
