DynCorp International Names Daniel Clifford as ChiefInformation Officer

FALLS CHURCH, Va. (August 3, 2009) – DynCorpInternational has appointed Daniel Clifford as Chief InformationOfficer (CIO) and Vice President of InformationTechnology. 

Mr. Clifford joins DynCorp International from Young AmericaCorporation, the largest information processor of rebates forFortune 1000 companies, where he led strategic planning andapplication development, as well as IT infrastructure planning anddeployment. Prior to that position, he was vice president ofinformation technology for Alliant Techsystems, Inc.

He was with Northwest Airlines for 15 years, as director ofinformation systems applications and director of enterprise systemsasset management. Earlier in his career, he worked on applicationdevelopment for Boeing Computer Services. He has a B.S. in computerscience with a minor in mathematics from Minnesota State Universityin Moorhead, Minnesota.
