FALLS CHURCH, Va. (March 26, 2008) – The NATOJoint Forces Command, Naples has awarded a DynCorp International(NYSE:DCP) subsidiary a contract to provide base support servicesfor NATO forces in Pristina, Kosovo.
The work will be performed by DCH Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiaryof DynCorp International registered in England and Wales. DCHLtd. was formerly DynCorp-Hiberna.
The firm-fixed price contract is for one base year and fourone-year option periods, and has a total value of $16 million ifall options are exercised. DCH is the incumbent, and was awarded a98 percent award fee for superior performance under the previouscontract.
DCH will provide a full range of services including facility,grounds and power plant maintenance, custodial service, fuelingservices, refuse collection and disposal, water and sewage,critical spares purchase and acquisition. Maintenance includespreventative, repair, and recurring and emergency work.
The NATO base camp in Pristina houses 1,500 personnel from 22different nations.
