DynCorp International Wins NAS Norfolk Task Order

FALLS CHURCH, Va. (November 20, 2008) – DynCorpInternational has been awarded a task order under its ContractField Teams (CFT) contract to provide aviation services at NavalStation Norfolk (Va.). The firm-fixed-price contract is for onebase year and one option year, and has a two-year value of morethan $10.6 million.

Under the task order, DynCorp International will be responsiblefor the launch and recovery of aircraft, aircraft inspections,aircraft movement, corrosion control, and tool issue and receipt,including hazardous materials. The company will carry out sea- andshore-based deployments from Norfolk in support of VAW-120Squadron’s E2-C and C-2 aircraft and will service SH-60 aircraftfor HSC-2 Squadron.
