MCLEAN, Va. (June 3, 2015) — DynCorp International (DI) has been recognized for the ninth consecutive year by the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) as one of the top companies committed to working with veteran-owned businesses in the U.S.
The prestigious list honors large corporations that most successfully engage the nation’s 3 million veteran-owned businesses (VOBs) as suppliers. This year’s list of the Top 25 Military Friendly® Supplier Diversity Programs will be featured in the cover story in the June 2015 issue of Vetrepreneur®, NaVOBA’s national magazine.
“Veteran-owned businesses help us serve our customers as they understand their needs best,” said James Geisler, DynCorp International chief executive officer. “We are honored to be receiving this honor for the ninth consecutive year, as these suppliers play a vital role in our global supply chain.”
“We’re honored to recognize these companies for the exceptional job they do in working with America’s vetrepreneurs,” said Chris Hale, NaVOBA president.
NaVOBA unites the nation’s more than 3 million businesses owned by military veterans by providing a single voice to advocate for important issues.
