highly-respected Capability Maturity Model® Integration for
Services (CMMI-SVC) Capability Level 3 for its program management,
support and organizational processes across both of the company's
operating segments, Global Stabilization and Development Solutions
and Global Platform Support Solutions.

CMMI is a process-improvement model developed by Carnegie Mellon
University's Software Engineering Institute (SEI) in partnership

CMMI-SVC provides a comprehensive set of guidelines for providing
superior services. The CMMI-SVC model provides guidance for
applying CMMI best practices in a service provider organization.
Best practices in the model focus on activities for providing
quality services to customers and end users. CMMI-SVC integrates
bodies of knowledge that are essential for a service
provider.
