FALLS CHURCH, Va. – July 10, 2008 – DynCorp International Director of
Business Development Terry Dunmire will again chair the U.S.-Africa
Infrastructure Conference hosted by the Corporate Council on Africa.
Consistent
with its continuing commitment to stability and development in Africa,
the company is a sponsor of the 3rd annual conference, as it was in

Vice-President, will also address the conference, which will be held
October 6-8 in Washington, D.C.
The 2008 U.S.-Africa
Infrastructure Conference: “Connecting the Continent,” a three-day
business forum, will feature some of Africa’s latest investment
opportunities in key growth sectors like information communication
technology, transportation, energy, and security. Participants will
learn about infrastructure development investment and financing
opportunities in Africa; network with key African and U.S. private
sector and government representatives; and meet potential business
partners.
As conference chairman, Dunmire will convene regular
planning committee meetings with other private sector representatives
to design the conference agenda and workshops. He is also a member of
the CCA board of directors.
“The infrastructure conference is a
dynamic, interactive business development opportunity for U.S.
businesses to meet their African peers, and to learn first hand the
significant business opportunities throughout the continent in critical
infrastructure sub-sectors,” Dunmire said. “I consider this event the
Davos (World Economic Forum) of African development conferences.”
