FALLS CHURCH, Va.—April 30, 2009—The U.S. Army selected DynCorp International (NYSE:DCP) as the operator for the Germersheim Army Depot in Germany. The award was made under the Contract Field Teams (CFT) contract, and has a base period and one-year option period. The task order has a total value of $5.5 million if all options are exercised.
Under the task order, DynCorp International will maintain and provide supply support for tracked vehicles and other rolling stock for the 1/405th Army Field Support Battalion. The performance period begins May 1, 2009.
The award represents a new market for DynCorp International, its first vehicle maintenance award in Germany under the CFT contract.
