FALLS CHURCH, Va. – (July 12, 2012) – The 772ndEnterprise Sourcing Squadron and the AFCAP Government Team hasrecently awarded DynCorp International (DI) three task orders underthe Air Force Contract Augmentation Program III (AFCAP).
The three wins include:
- In Colorado Springs, Colo., DI supports the U.S. Air ForceAcademy by augmenting efforts of the existing local firedepartment. This task order award, awarded to DI March 7th, has a196-day base period with a total value of $407,546.
- DI was awarded a task order to provide maintenance, repair andlimited minor construction of fire alarm systems and firesuppression systems in various base facilities supporting the AirForce in the United Arab Emirates. DI was the incumbent on thistask order, which was awarded May 10th with a one-year base periodand two, one-year options for a total value of $2.3 million, if alloptions are exercised.
- Beginning in August, DI will provide vehicle maintenance andmateriel control support to the Air Force in Afghanistan. DI wasthe incumbent on this task order, which was awarded June 22nd andhas a one-year base period with two, one-year options and a totalvalue of $10.5 million, if all options are exercised.

AFCAP is a 10-year indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity(ID/IQ) contract to provide worldwide base-operating support andtemporary construction capabilities for the U.S. Air Force on anas-needed basis.
