IRVING, TEXAS (August 29, 2005) – Robert B.Rosenkranz has joined DynCorp International as president of itsInternational Technical Services (ITS) division. The ITS divisionis responsible for contracts worth more than $1 billion, includingimportant contracts in international police training, security,humanitarian services, landmine removal, and anti-narcoticssupport.
Mr. Rosenkranz comes to DI from KEI Pearson, a defense contractorin Northern Virginia and a subsidiary of Pearson plc, a globaleducation and media company, where he was vice-president forbusiness development. Previously, he was general manager ofBeamhit, a marksmanship-simulation product company that wasacquired by L-3 Communications and placed under its MPRIsubsidiary.
Mr. Rosenkranz had a 34-year career in the United States Army,retiring with the rank of major general. He previously worked forDynCorp International´s predecessor in operational and businessdevelopment positions from 1995 to 2001, culminating with threeyears as Senior Vice-President of Range and Logistics Services atDynCorp Technical Services in Fort Worth, Texas.
Mr. Rosenkranz is a graduate of the United States Military Academyand holds a masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Hedid other graduate work at the United States Army War College, theMassachusetts Institute of Technology, and the John F. KennedySchool of Public Administration at Harvard University.
