FALLS CHURCH, Va. (May 20, 2009) -The U.S. Armyhas awarded DynCorp International (NYSE:DCP) a task order under theContract Field Teams (CFT) contract to provide theater aviationmaintenance support in Europe. The task order is for one base yearand one option year, and has a two year value of approximately $170million if all options are exercised.
Under the task order, DynCorp International will provide fieldlevel and limited depot level maintenance, aircraft modifications,and support for aviation reset operations for Army rotary wingaircraft. Work will be performed primarily in Germany, with someother European locations as well, beginning July 2009.
