FALLS CHURCH, Va. (February 12, 2009) – TheU.S. Air Force has awarded DynCorp International (NYSE:DCP) adelivery order under the Contract Field Team program to supportSpecial Operations Aviation. The delivery order has a potentialvalue of $45.2 million over two years.
DynCorp International will provide aviation support for the 160thSpecial Operations Aviation Regiment. Work will includeorganization-level, intermediate, and depot-level aviationmaintenance, special repairs, and servicing of electroniccomponents. A total of 184 helicopters are supported under thisdelivery order, including the MH/AH 6 series, MH-60, and MH-47,based at Fort Campbell, Ky, Hunter Army Airfield, Ga., Ft. Lewis,Wa and other locations worldwide. In addition, DynCorpInternational will maintain training aircraft for the SpecialOperations Aviation Training Company.
The delivery order is firm-fixed-price, with a value of $22.6million per year for two years. DynCorp International was theincumbent.
