Three members of the DynCorp International team working to support the Afghan Ministry of Interior and Afghan National Police Development Program (AMDP) were tragically killed in an attack at Camp Pinnacle in Kabul, Afghanistan, on July 2, 2013; 10 others were seriously injured. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives, and with our injured personnel who are recovering. DynCorp International is a global services provider offering sophisticated aviation, logistics, training, intelligence and operational solutions. The personnel working at Camp Pinnacle were working on the AMDP contract. Under the AMDP contract with the U.S. Army, DI assists the NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan/Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan (NTM-A/CSTC-A) by providing training and mentoring services for the Afghanistan Ministry of Interior and Afghan National Police. The program supports the development of law enforcement capacity to help the Afghan people assume full responsibility for their own security needs.
